We ROC! was a publicity campaign for the city of Rochester. It was created to increase awareness of the city and what it has to offer its residents and visitors. Partners+Napier ws the agency respossible for creating this campaign where they had designed everything from posters to web banners and t-shirts. This particular animation was displayed at the launch of the We ROC! campaign on the jumbo tron at Frontier Field baseball stadium.
